Funeral service for Norman Wade Miller, 79, of Canton, was held Wednesday, May 27, 2020 in the Chapel at Eubank Funeral Home. Bro. David Fortner officiated.

Mr. Miller was born March 8, 1941, in Boswell, AR to Wade Miller and Virgie Watson Miller.

Norman grew up in Pyatt, AR and graduated from Pyatt High School. He later attended and graduated from Baptist Missionary Association Theological Seminary in Jacksonville. Norman was a member of the Walnut Springs Bible Baptist Church and was instrumental in the growth of the church over the years. Throughout the years he was pastor at Corinth, Calvary, China Grove and Grace Temple Baptist churches. He was a member of the Christian Motorcyclist Association and was involved with the Patriot Guard of Van Zandt County. He was highly regarded by his church family and friends. He loved and was dearly loved by his family. Norman will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Delores Miller; son and daughter in-law, Alan and Su Miller; daughters and sons-in-law, Connie and Alan Carrell and Cherie and Michael Lambert; grandchildren, Keri Stegman, Matt Dickinson, Jennifer Materne, Angelica Baldwin and Alana Clark; great-grandchildren, Christopher, Caleb, Dean, Tesla, Trevor, Hannah, Tommy and Isaac; brother Lowell Miller; and sister Doris Markle.

Norman is preceded in death by his parents, Wade and Virgie Miller; siblings, June, Nadine and Naomi; and grandson, Gregory Mark Dickinson II.

Interment was at Haven of Memories Cemetery in Canton.
