The Summer Street Dance, hosted by the Canton Main Street Program, will take place in downtown Canton on Saturday, Aug. 20.

The Summer Street Dance is a free live concert, designed for family and friends to celebrate the last weekend before the start of school. Interested attendees are welcome to bring coolers and lawn chairs for an evening of music and dancing.

The performers include Travis Bolt & Ty D. Joiner Band, who play a range of music from blues to folk, with roots in soul and country. They will be joined onstage by skilled saxophonist Sean Fuller, who has over 30 years of live music experience. Lastly, Wills Point native Matt Bradshaw will take the stage, playing country music with touches of Americana.

The event starts at 6:30 p.m. and will end around 10 p.m. It will be held downtown at the intersection of Terrell and Buffalo St.
