Services for Debbie Warner Carnes “Noni”, 70, of Grand Saline, were held on Sunday, September 11, 2022, at Bartley Funeral Home, with Bro. Cody Mize officiating.

Interment was in Woodside Cemetery. Mrs. Carnes passed away September 8, 2022, in Tyler. She was born June 1, 1952, in Grand Prairie, to Elmer and Lathel Lisa Wolford Warner.
