The 2022 high school football season in Van Zandt County means the return of ‘The Huddle Show’ on Canton radio station KWJB (95.1 FM, ‘The Bee’) beginning Tuesday, Aug. 23.

The live program will air from 6-7 p.m. every Tuesday throughout the high school football season. A video replay of ‘The Huddle Show’ will appear on the KWJB Facebook page soon after the live show airs.

Van Zandt News Sports Correspondent David Barber, T. A. Hale from the KWJB ‘Buzz Brothers,’ and Joel Elliott (‘The Counselor’) will be on the air each week discussing the previous Friday night’s action and looking ahead to the upcoming Friday night schedule for all varsity football teams in VZC.

KWJB ‘The Bee’ is also your radio home for Canton Eagle football every Friday night starting with the 2022 season opener Friday, Aug. 26 at Mineola against the Mineola Yellowjackets.

The broadcast team of Hale and Mike Malouf will provide play-by-play and analysis during each Eagle game.
