Three to compete at Class 4A State Meet
County athletes representing Canton, Van and Wills Point made their way to the Texas A&M campus in Commerce April 29-30 to compete against one another and some of the top programs from across East Texas at the Class 4A Region II Meet.
Individual varsity boys results for county athletes included:

With their respective finishes, Jaxson Hubble (shot put – wheelchair), Preston Yarber (discus) and Hannah Cade (100 hurdles and pole vault) will all represent Canton at the Class 4A State Track and Field Meet May 12-14 in Austin.
