The Better Business Bureau Serving Central East Texas (BBB) is urging consumers and businesses to take immediate cybersecurity precautions after researchers discovered a massive data leak containing over 16 billion credentials gathered from past data breaches and malware-infected devices.

Abbott vetoes THC ban, calls special session

Gov. Greg Abbott just before the midnight deadline June 22 vetoed a bill on THC products and said he would call a special legislative session to regulate products containing the substance, the Austin American- Statesman reported. The veto angered the bill’s chief champion, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick.

Have you noticed how many successful coaches have worked alongside their relatives? Take John and Jim Harbaugh, after serving together, both became head coaches in the NFL, who famously faced each other in a Super Bowl, or Rex and Rob Ryan, who coached under their father, the legendary Buddy Ryan, with the Arizona Cardinals. Then there’s Bob Stoops, who built a national powerhouse at Oklahoma while coaching alongside his brothers, Mark and Mike.

This season, I was truly blessed to coach in the United Football League (UFL) with the San Antonio Brahmas, serving alongside Payton Pardee in his first head coaching role. Coaching at the professional level, with such a passionate and resilient group of athletes and staff was a privilege I will always treasure.
