Body A Van Zandt County dog owner was arrested and charged with animal cruelty following a civil custody hearing Monday, April 1, according to information released by the SPCA of Texas. The hearing was held in the VZC Justice of the Peace Precinct 4 courtroom.

Body Tickets are still available for the annual Canton Texas Chamber of Commerce Gala scheduled for Friday, April 19 at the Canton Civic Center. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and the banquet will begin at 6 p.m.
