October 5, 1937- April 18, 2025 Nelda Jean McCauley, 87, of Canton passed away peacefully in Arlington on April 18, 2025. She was born on October 5, 1937, in Canton to Homer Dewitt Wages Sr.

May 28, 1930 - April 6, 2025 Services for Lloyd Garrett were held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at Edom United Methodist Church with visitation prior to the service, and Pastor Jimmy Salles officiating. A reception followed in the fellowship area.

March 5, 1990 - April 1, 2025 Services for Brandi Everitt Boney, 35, of Mesquite, will be held at 10 am Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton with Bro. Clinton Everitt officiating.

September 27, 1939 - March 30, 2025 Lee Ray Foster, 85, of Forney passed away peacefully on March 30, 2025, in Sunnyvale. He was born on September 27, 1939, in Canton to Joseph Benjamin Foster and Sarah Lovie Lawley Foster.

September 19, 1949 - on March 27, 2025 Mary Frances Mahaffey Dykes went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 27, 2025, after a brief illness. Mary was born September 19, 1949, in Tyler to Frances Margaret Bearden and Bennett Rogan Mahaffey.

August 15, 1938 - March 29, 2025 Church Family and Prayer Warriors, With both sorrow and joy in our hearts, we share that our beloved sister in Christ, Sue Burnett, went home to be with the Lord March 29. She was surrounded by the love of her life for 64 years, Duke, along with their children, as they sang her into heaven.

September 7, 1935 - March 21, 2025 A graveside service for Shirley Ann Baker was held Monday, March 24, 2025, at Haven of Memories Memorial Park in Canton with Max Callahan officiating. Visitation was held one hour prior at Eubank Funeral Home. The family hosted a reception at Jerry’s Pizza. The Priest family graciously agreed to open the restaurant for the reception.

January 28, 1941- March 7, 2025 Melvin Blount Joyner, 84, along with his twin Marlin, was born to Ray and Leola Joyner at their home in Wills Point on January 28, 1941, but grew up and attended school in nearby Edgewood where he remained in close touch with classmates of his high school Class of ‘59. After graduation from East Texas State University, Mel served at Fort Knox with the Army National Guard, and ultimately enjoyed a 36-year career in industrial and broadcast video sales with ECI Video in Dallas.

January 31, 1926 - March 17, 2025 Liston Merrell Barber was born January 31, 1926, in Martins Mill, where he lived all of his life. Liston enlisted in the U.S.

Robert Luther Milam II was born in Dallas on November 30, 1943, to Clarence Sidney Milam and Eleanor Faust Milam. He succumbed to an aggressive cancer odyssey which began on February 10 and ended with his death on March 7, 2025.
