Refinery issues lead to higher gas prices

City discusses updated Comprehensive Plan

Body The Canton City Council, The Canton Planning and Zoning Commission, and a Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee held a public meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 13 to discuss the updating of the City of Canton 2004 Comprehensive Plan.

Sales tax revenue finishes ahead of 2021 pace

Body The final monthly sales tax revenue report of the year was published by the office of Texas State Comptroller Glenn Hegar Dec. 7, indicating that four out of seven local cities had seen gains when comparing against the same period from the previous year.
