August 25,1928 – July 29,2024 A celebration of life will be held for Calvin R. Thompson, 95, of Canton at 4 p.m.

June 26, 1942 – June 29, 2024 Charlotte Rose (Butler) Brown passed away and went to Heaven on June 29, 2024. She was born June 26, 1942, in Wills Point to Clarence and Lorene (Pittman) Butler and was a proud graduate of Canton High School.

May 2, 1935- June 18, 2024 Patricia Bradley Knight went to be with our Lord June 18, 2024. She was born in Kansas City, Missouri on May 2, 1935.

May 13, 1944 – June 14, 2024 A graveside service was held for Loyd “Decker” Easley, 80, of Canton on Friday, June 14, 2024, at Haven of Memories Cemetery under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home. Decker, as he was fondly called by family and friends, went home to the Lord on June 11, 2024, in Canton.

1947 – 2024 Virgil Melton, Jr. was born July 8, 1947, and passed away unexpectedly on June 3, 2024, after a life richly lived in service and kindness.

1935 – 2024 Jimmy Dowell Shields, 88, of Canton went home to the Lord on June 2, 2024. A funeral service was held on June 8, 2024, at Eubank Funeral Home with Bro.

1948 – 2024 Services for Ronnie ‘Ron’ Kay Crumpler 75, of Canton were held Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at Crossroads Church in Canton with Brother Mark Robinson officiating. Ron’s body was laid to rest at Holly Springs Cemetery in Martins Mill.

1937-2024 A graveside service for Virgil Alvis Pierce, 87, of Canton, Texas was held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at Cool Springs Cemetery in Van Zandt County with Bro. Max Callahan officiating.
