The Texas Association of School Boards is joining school districts across the state to show appreciation for locally elected board members as part of School Board Recognition Month, which is celebrated each year in January.

UT Tyler recognizes students on President’s Honor Roll

The University of Texas at Tyler announced students who were named to the spring 2022 President’s Honor Roll. To qualify for the President’s Honor Roll, a student must have completed, in one semester, 12 or more semester hours of undergraduate college-level credit with an “A” in all courses.

Barber named to LeTourneau University Spring 2022 Dean’s List

Jillian Barber, a BBA Management major from Canton, was named to the Spring 2022 Dean’s List at LeTourneau University. The Dean’s List recognizes students who have achieved a grade point average between 3.50 and 3.99 for the semester.
