davidb@vanzandtnews.com Implementation of traffic control measures on VZCR 4500 in Ben Wheeler was the topic of discussion during a Public Hearing, according to Transportation Code Section 251.152, during the regular meeting of the Van Zandt County Commissioners Oct. 8.
