1941-2023 Donald John (DJ) Lovvorn passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2023, at the age of 81. DJ was born on December 29, 1941, in Waco.

1923-2023 Mary Jane Hoover Woolverton Norman passed away in Canton on 13 September 2023. She was born in Montague to Samuel Zebordee Hoover and Ruth Ethel Haynes on 11 September 1923.

1947-2023 David Royce Keahey passed away in Plano on Sept. 7, 2023.

1949-2023 Marline Randall, a resident of Las Vegas since 1996, passed away at her home on March 4, 2023, after a surprising recurrence of aggressive cancer. She worked with CCSD at Rancho High School before retiring in 2016.

1935-2023 Celebration of life services for Milton Leo Baker, 88, of Canton were held at 10 am Friday, September 8, 2023, at Eubank Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Allen officiating.

1967-2023 David Norman Barbee was born in Arlington on August 18,1967, and passed away August 8,2023, in Phil Campbell, Alabama, where he resided with his wife, Marcy, and grandson, Zander. David was the youngest son of Sylvia Jo Burnett Barbee and the late Ernest (Ernie) Gerald Barbee of Canton.

1963 - 2023 Services for Loyd Keith Plaster, 59, of Canton, were held Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton with Bro. David Fretwell officiating.

A Gathering and Celebration of Life service was held for Brenda JoAnn Chriss Peden, 81, of Mesquite, Texas starting at 10 a.m. with a sharing of memories at 11 a.m. Appetizers and Refreshments were served during the service. The family welcomed and encouraged stories of Brenda during the service.
