The East Texas Council of Governments (ETCOG) will hold its 104th Semi-Annual Board of Directors Meeting on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at The Texan - A Landmark Venue located in Athens. The meeting will begin at 11:45 a.m. and end at approximately 2:00 p.m.
