Van Zandt County Pct. 2 Commissioner Cliff Williams expressed his support for a resolution opposing the Grand Saline Creek Reservoir Project during a special called meeting of the VZC Commissioners Court Aug. 5. The meeting was held in the VZC District Courtroom with over 150 citizens in attendance.
