Saturday, April 23, was the first day of the 2022 Farmers’ Market in downtown Canton. The Farmers’ Market saw a busy opening day, with people filing in to check out the booths until its close at noon. Fresh eggs, jams, jellies, honey, vegetables, baked items, canned items, beef and quilts were just some of the items offered for sale. April 29-30: The Wills Point FFA will host a plant sale at the Wills Point High School greenhouse from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. April 29 and from 8 a.m. – noon April 30. Items for sale will include hanging baskets, gerbers, begonias, geraniums, sweet potato vines and tomatoes.
